Air-traffic control in Europe is a mess according to Eurocontrol, the agency that coordinates it.
The average delay per flight is tracking 76% higher than 2017, and four times as high as 2013.
Last summer wasn't as bad as the sum-mer of 2018, which smashed delay records and created a travel slog. But warning signs about next summer are already percolating.
